When you subscribe to a vendor's list through a VendorLoop QR code, sign-up form, or by texting a keyword to our platform number, we collect:

You may consent to receive SMS messages from a vendor in two ways: (1) by providing your phone number through a VendorLoop sign-up form or QR code, or (2) by texting a vendor's keyword to our platform number — the act of texting the keyword constitutes your express written consent. In both cases, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from the vendor you signed up with, including event reminders, location updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by vendor. Upon opting in via QR code or sign-up form, you will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging your subscription.
