VendorLoop is an SMS marketing platform for small business vendors. Customers who scan a vendor's QR code, submit a sign-up form, or text a vendor's keyword to our platform number may opt in to receive marketing messages from that vendor, including event reminders, location updates, and promotional offers. VendorLoop acts as the technology provider; the vendor is the message sender.
You may consent to receive communications from a vendor in two ways: (1) by submitting the sign-up form and checking the consent checkbox, or (2) by texting a vendor's keyword to our platform number — the act of texting the keyword constitutes your express written consent. In both cases, you agree to receive SMS text messages from that vendor. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency varies by vendor and may include event reminders, location announcements, new product alerts, and promotional offers. You will only ever receive messages from the specific vendor whose list you joined — never from other vendors or from VendorLoop directly for marketing purposes.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START. For help, reply HELP or contact us at support@getvendorloop.com.
Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary. Neither VendorLoop nor participating carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Vendors using the VendorLoop platform are responsible for ensuring their messaging complies with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CAN-SPAM Act. Vendors may not use VendorLoop to send unsolicited, deceptive, or illegal content.

VendorLoop may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
