Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan gives you QR code signups, a text keyword, event calendar, and unlimited subscribers — no card required. You only pay when you're ready to start sending texts.
What counts as a message?
One standard SMS (up to 160 characters) = 1 message. Longer texts or texts with emojis may count as 2 or more segments. MMS (picture messages) cost 3 messages each. This matches how carriers bill — no hidden markup.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my message limit?
You're never cut off. Extra messages are billed at your plan's overage rate — shown on each plan above. You'll see your usage in the dashboard so there are no surprises.
